Salami Chips and MCT//143® My Dip
Ingredients
- 12 oz. package of thinly sliced salami.
Instructions
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salami in a single layer.
- Bake at 325º F for 10 minutes.
- Turn over and bake another 10 minutes.
- Let cool and serve with your favorite keto dip.
Prüvit HOT Love Dip
- 1 Packet of MCT//143®
- 1 cup of sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of mild shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 jalapeño peppers seeded and diced
- 4 oz. jar pimentos, drained
- 1/4 Onion powder
- 1/4 Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine well
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
Cowboy MCT//143® Dip
- 1 Packet of MCT//143®
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powdered
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine well.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
